Ship a vehicle to Nassau with confidence — Betty K Agencies Ltd. manages the export process from pre-booking through clearance, so your vehicle arrives safely and on schedule. Pre-booking and pre-payment are required before delivery, so we recommend starting the process early. Email Info@bettyk.com to get your booking number and quote before bringing your vehicle to the Fort Lauderdale terminal.
Vehicles are exported in the order they arrive at the facility, so early drop-off is always an advantage. Before delivery, make sure all required documents are complete and accurate — missing documentation required by U.S. Customs will delay your vehicle's export. Betty K Agencies Ltd. prepares your export documents for U.S. Customs clearance on your behalf. For US-based vehicle shipments, your vehicle is received at the Fort Lauderdale terminal through our US Agent, King Ocean Services at www.kingocean.com.
- Vehicle Declaration: Fill out the Vehicle Declaration form completely for all vehicles being shipped.
- Hold Harmless Waiver: If your vehicle is classified as "non-operable," please sign the Hold Harmless Waiver.
- Valid Government Issued ID: Provide a valid copy of the vehicle owner's driver's license, passport, or identification card.
- Copy of Title or MSO: Include a copy of the Title or Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO).
- Copy of Bill of Sale: Provide a copy of the Bill of Sale.
- Booking Number Requirement: Please ensure you have your Booking Number upon delivering your vehicle to King Ocean Services.
- Original Title and Bill of Sale: The original Title and Bill of Sale must be presented to the receiver on the day of delivery for export.
