When your shipment arrives in Nassau, it must go through Bahamas Customs before you can take possession of it. This process is known as "clearing" your shipment, and it's a required step for all cargo — whether you're receiving goods, a vehicle, or personal effects.
To clear your shipment, you'll need an account with Click2Clear (C2C) — the official online portal of the Bahamas Customs and Excise Department. Click2Clear is where import declarations are filed, duties are assessed, and clearance is processed. If you don't already have an account, you'll need to register before your cargo arrives.
The steps below will walk you through how to get registered and ready.
