Step 1

Pre-Booking and Pre-Payment: Prior to delivering your vehicle to Betty K Agencies (USA) LLC, please complete the pre-booking and pre-payment process. Kindly note that vehicles are exported in the order of their arrival at our facility.

Step 2

Obtain a Booking Number and Quote: To obtain a Booking Number and a quote for your vehicle, please send an email to info@bettyk.com.

Step 3

Required Documents for Booking: The following documents are required to create a booking:

  • Vehicle Declaration: Fill out the Vehicle Declaration form completely for all vehicles being shipped.
  • Hold Harmless Waiver: If your vehicle is classified as "non-operable," please sign the Hold Harmless Waiver.
  • Valid Government Issued ID: Provide a valid copy of the vehicle owner's driver's license, passport, or identification card.
  • Copy of Title or MSO: Include a copy of the Title or Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO).
  • Copy of Bill of Sale: Provide a copy of the Bill of Sale.

Step 4

Additional Information:

  1. Booking Number Requirement: Please ensure you have your Booking Number upon delivering your vehicle to Betty K Agencies, LTD.
  2. Original Title and Bill of Sale: The original Title and Bill of Sale must be presented to the receiver on the day of delivery for export.
